Karen Burniston's December Designer Challenge - Honey's Double Heart Pivot

It's time again for Karen Burniston's Designer Challenge.  Each member of the team chose 1 or 2 holidays so the entire year will be represented with awesome cards - so much inspiration!
I chose Valentine's Day.  My card was inspired by Karen's recent Pivot Doubling Technique.  Click this link to see Karen in action demonstrating this technique.
I've used the Heart Pivot die for my base.  I cut my patterened paper at 5.5 x 7.5 scored at .5" from each end and then in the middle at 3.25.  The 2 Chocolate Chip panels were cut at 5 x 5.
I also used the new Ring Frame Edges around the pivoting heart on the front.

Inspired by Karen again, I used the shadow layer of Honey the Bear and some of the pieces from the detail layer to make Honey look very different.  I die cut another shadow layer for Honey's head, added eyes, nose & ears to the head then cut just the head portion off & used pop dots to make it more dimensional.  All Chocolate Chip pieces of Honey were sponged with Whisper White Craft Ink.
I stamped the sentiment from Delightful Dozen onto a heart that is also included in the die set.  The key (also included in the Heart Pivot) was cut from Pink Shimmer Sheetz.  To make the heart frames (all 4 of them), I simply nested 2 different sized hearts and die cut at the same time.

Happy Stamping,
Raquel
