I swayed from Summer's tutorial just a bit but not cutting out the center portion of the balloon. I wanted to show the new Through the Lens Metal paper off! I die cut the TTL paper and foam using the accent die. I took a piece of acetate and adhered it to the back of the TTL paper then adhered the foam to that to form my shaker. Next I filled it up with beads and then placed the larger part of the balloon on top of the stack.
I cut out the license plate from the TTL stack and stamped my sentiment on the balloon. A very understated but tasteful masculine card. Happy Stampin', Raquel

The Crazy 4 Challenges team was challenged to make a purple card. This was an easy challenge for me - make a purple card!
I was gifted this fun paper and thought this is perfect for my purple challenge. I used the frame die from Hanging Charm Pull Tab to accent my stamped sentiment. I used Stampin' Write Markers to color directly onto the Delightful Dozen stamp to get lots of colors.
I transformed the Cake Pop Up into lots of presents! The little present on the top is from Evergreen Pivot Card. I used the bow on all the boxes and to get the ribbon portion longer, I stopped the cutting pad short so I could get a longer length. I used the Pull Card Edges to create the circle above the presents. Happy Stampin', Raquel

I love the new cupcake from Elizabeth Craft Designs so much that I thought it would be the perfect embellishment for this Ring Accordion card. I had the perfect stamp too!
I die cut 3 Ring Accordions and various pieces of Fitted Fancy Frames 5 - Lace Circles to create this super cute card. I just love that there are so many different sized in the Fitted Fancy Frames and they fit the Ring Accordion too! Happy Stampin', Raquel

It's the 3rd Saturday of the month and that means it's sketch time with Crazy 4 Challenges. I followed the sketch using a new stamp set from Stampin' Up! called Rose Wonder.
I die cut the rose outline using black card stock. Next I die cut the rose from yellow card stock and tried not to poke all the petals out so I could lay the black outline right over the top. I stamped the sentiment then die cut using the coordinating dies called Rose Garden Thinlits- this set comes as a bundle!
For the inside, I added a strip of DSP and a yellow die cut flower from the same die set. Happy Stampin', Raquel

Welcome to day 2 of the Karen Burniston Designer Challenge. I wanted to make another masculine card for this challenge, so I decided to use the Spiral Circle Pull Card for the base. I decided to use the Clock & Gears die on the front of my card. I am in love with Elizabeth Craft Designs' new Through the Lens card stock! I have used Stone on this card.
I was browsing Pinterest the other day & saw a card with a bowler, mustache and tie. I knew I could recreate the look using Props 1. The Pull Card Edges make decorating the edges of any pull card so easy.
I used the new Party with Cake stamp set from Stampin' Up! for the sentiments. Happy Stampin', Raquel

Karen challenged her Design Team to create a pull card this month using any pull or push type card. So I decided to turn the challenge into a card for my son's friend who's turning 9! I used the Rectangle Pull Card for the base and the sentiment is from Happy Birthday Pop Up. I had the game controller stamp in my stash, so I stamped it onto 85lb Soft Finish Card Stock and colored it using Stampin' Write Markers.
I added a large star to the "Spinner" and the #9 is from Numbers & More from Elizabeth Craft Designs. It's so easy to add pattern paper to the pull cards with the Pull Card Edges die set.
I used the accessory star bar die from Happy Birthday Pop Up to create the star cut outs on the rectangle. Happy Stampin', Raquel
