Crazy 4 Challenges - In a name

It's time for the "In a name" themed challenge with Crazy 4 Challenges!  The team is to use our initials to make a card using dies or stamps that start with our letters.  I am using Rectangle Pull Card from Karen Burniston and Stampin' Up!'s Marquee Messages stamp set.

I used the decorative circles from Twist Circle Pop Up to decorate the corners and center of my card.  I also used the flowers from Flower Pot Pop Stand - they were sponged just a bit for more color.

I added the little spinner on the inside of my card to showcase some more flowers.  To decorate the edges of my card, I used Pull Card Edges.

Here's a view of how the card looks as you're opening it.  It's so fun to see the little spinner pop up - like a little flowery surprise!

Karen Burniston Designer Challenge - Pull It

Karen challenged her Design Team to create a pull card this month using any pull or push type card.  So I decided to turn the challenge into a card for my son's friend who's turning 9!  I used the Rectangle Pull Card for the base and the sentiment is from Happy Birthday Pop Up.  I had the game controller stamp in my stash, so I stamped it onto 85lb Soft Finish Card Stock and colored it using Stampin' Write Markers.

I added a large star to the "Spinner" and the #9 is from Numbers & More from Elizabeth Craft Designs.  It's so easy to add pattern paper to the pull cards with the Pull Card Edges die set.

I used the accessory star bar die from Happy Birthday Pop Up to create the star cut outs on the rectangle.

Karen Burniston's Designer Challenge Day 2 - What's in a name

I made another card for Karen Burniston's Designer Challenge, this time I used Rectangle Pull Card & the mouse from Whiskers.  The mouse die is included in the Whiskers die set. 

For the inside, I die cut another Whiskers and added the sentiment onto a spinner.  This was such a quick card to make and the spinner adds a fun element to it.  The sentiment is a Stampin' Up! set called You Little Furball and I stamped it onto a Lucy Label die cut.

Crazy 4 Challenges - "The eyes have it"

It's time for the Crazy 4 Challenges - "The eyes have it".  Now who couldn't resist this super cute cat staring at you?  
I used the stamp set from Stampin' Up! called You Little Furball.  After stamping the adorable little kitty, I used Stampin' Write Markers to color her in and add some shading.  To make the white spots I used my white gel pen.
I used the postage die from Karen Burniston's Rectangle Pull Card to showcase the fish bones, fish  & paw.

For the inside, I used the spinner from Rectangle Pull Card to animate another postage fish bones.

Sneak Peak - Cheepers

Another sneak peak coming your way!  I used the Rectangle Pull Card for my base.  I love that I can attach the clouds over the edge of the rectangle and it doesn't impede the card being opened.  I used Clouds Embossing Folder and Outdoor Edges to create the serene background.

Cheepers is  a mild mannered chicken, but wait there's more to the eye.....she's a Super Chick!  The sentiment is computer generated and die cut using the clouds die from All Seasons Tree.

Super Chick's cape was made from Whiskers the Cat shadow layer and collar.  To make the mask, I used Cheepers' shadow layer & eyes.

I used the bridge technique that Karen showed in last months' challenge to give extra flight to Super Chick.  I hid the bridge with more clouds.
