From the Herd

I have been invited to join the Design Team over at Crazy 4 Challenges!   It's an honor to join such a talented group.  Thanks for inviting me and I look forward to many fun challenges with you.

The challenge today is to create a masculine birthday card.  Just look at these crazy animals, they sure look like they are ready to party, ham it up, looking for an eggin' good time, whole lama fun!

From the Herd stamp set is filled with puny sentiments and this hilarious image is colored with various Blendabilities.  I've used the new Tags & More 8 - Lattice die from Elizabeth Craft Designs to create the clipboard handle from Silver Metallic Shimmer Sheetz.
I used Karen Burniston's Happy Birthday Pop Up for the inside of the card - love it!  It only takes a few minutes to go from flat card to a spectacular pop up card.

Happy Crafting,
Raquel

Lollipop Holder

I used Elizabeth Craft Designs' new die set called Tags & More 4- Flourish to make this sweet lollipop holder.  I started off with a piece of pink cardstock at 2.25 x 10 and scored at 1", 2", 4" & 5".  Next I die cut the tag shape at the top.  Die cut a small circle between the 1" & 2" score lines for the lollipop stick.  Tip: decorate the rest of your lollipop holder prior to adhering on that first 1" score line.
I added a piece of Early Espresso cardstock on the back so it will also show through the flourish die cut on the front.  I used Alphabet 1 and Numbers & More 1 to create my sweet sentiment.  I used a White Gel Pen to outline each letter.
Here's a side view.  I hope you enjoyed my sweet lollipop holder.

Happy Crafting,
Raquel

Spectrum Noir "Anything Goes" Challenge

I made this card for the Spectrum Noir "Anything Goes" monthly challenge.  The image is from Riley & Co and I used my Spectrum Noir markers to color this super fun image.

Oh now isn't that FUN?  I've used one of Karen Burniston's latest dies called Eiffel Tower Pop Stand along with Paris Edges.  The computer generated sentiment was die cut using Lorna Label.
I stamped the same Riley Plane image again, fussy cut just the plane and attached him to the tower.  Before I attached the two towers together at the top, I adhered some clouds in between.

Happy Crafting,
Raquel
