I just had to try out the new Tin Tile Dynamic Embossing Folder in the new Holiday catalog from Stampin' Up!. The samples that are in the catalog look just like real tin.
I embossed a piece brushed gold cardstock with the Tin Tile EF and then dragged black Memento across the top of the raised areas. I think this card is perfect for a man or a woman - and that's great because you get more bang for your buck with this folder.
I also used the Tailored Tag Punch for my sentiment. I swiped the punched piece with my embossing buddy, stamped the Accented Blooms stamp using Encore gold. I covered my piece with gold embossing powder and then heat set.
Happy Stampin',

It's a masculine challenge this week with Crazy 4 Challenges. I don't know about you but I do find masculine cards more tricky to make. I chose to use this "Dog Walker" stamp from Riley & Co. I stamped the image onto Whisper White and colored it in using alcohol markers. I placed the stitched rectangle die back over the piece of paper and sponged some ink.

It's the third Saturday of the month and that means it's a sketch challenge with Crazy 4 Challenges. I used the Floral Frames Bundle from Stampin' Up! to create this "Hello" card. I stamped the image onto a piece of Whisper White and fussy cut it out. I stamped and colored the flowers using Blendabilities and then used the Framelit to die cut them. I also die cut a few leaves for added interest.

It's a theme of "Anything Goes" with the Paper Pros this month. I chose to use the Flower Pot Pop Up for my BFF's birthday card. It's got a cutie dog to look like her Graycie and lots of flowers....because most girls would love flowers on their birthday.
Graycie, Heidi's dog BFF, is sporting a party hat thanks to the Birthday Charms die set. I stamped the sentiment onto a Katherine Label. The card base is 5 1/2 square.
Here's a view whilst opening the card. I die cut lots of leaves and flowers.....ok and some bones too!
Here's a view of the card fully open. The bright flowers are so pretty and are easily adhered to the inside of the pot. I die cut the pot to be higher on my card so I'd have lots of room to sign the card.
Happy Stampin',

This week the Crazy 4 Challenges team are "Bugged" out! Anja de Regt loves summer. With summer time the bugs come too, the annoying ones and the beautiful ones. For this challenge, put a bug on your card or project. I chose these pretty butterfly peel-off stickers from Elizabeth Craft Designs.
I applied them to this very holographic paper I found in my stash, cut them out and then adhered them to my card base. I then cut around the butterflies so you can see the darker purple card stock on the inside of my card. I must admit it was tricky cutting these out due to the paper being SO holographic! LOL

In honor of national mountain climbing day, the Crazy 4 Challenges members are putting mountains on our cards. I kinda cheated in the fact that mine are more like a little rolling hill. LOL
I used the Foliage Frames Framelits and Starburst punch as a backdrop of the cute hedgehog from Karen Burnison's Winter Animals die set. I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up!'s Hedgehugs stamp set.
