Sheltering Tree

Here's a card I made for my Stamp Camp last month.  I used Sheltering Tree from Stampin' Up!.  I am liking the new In Colors, I've used Dapper Denim and Emerald Envy card stock and Flirty Flamingo and Emerald Envy Classic Ink for the foliage and flowers.
Happy Stampin',
Raquel

C4C292 - Sheltering Tree

It's time for Crazy 4 Challenges!  The team was challenged to "Plant" a tree on our project and the Sheltering Tree from Stampin' Up! is the perfect stamp set for the challenge.
I used some retired DSP - inked the edges with Crumb Cake and used a Distress Tool to rough up the edges.  I die cut a piece of Very Vanilla using the new Lots of Labels die large enough to fit the tree.   I used Mint Macaroon & Cucumber Crush (the new In Colors) to stamp the tree and grass areas.

Happy Stampin',
Raquel

Sheltering Tree

I used the Sheltering Tree stamp set to create this card.  See the little clay custom colored embellishment?  It's so fun & easy to make them using Stampin' Up! clay and molds.  I colored the clay with Crisp Canteloupe Classic Ink and an aqua painter.
To get the bold Pistachio Pudding foliage, use the other side of the leaves stamp.  Stick the stamp to your block with the wrong side down and you'll get a solid image.  Turn the stamp around the right way and stamp the leaves using Old Olive.

Happy Crafting,
Raquel
