Karen Burniston's Paper Pals Challenge - Summer Road Trip

It's time for a summer road trip to sunny Florida!  I know it's not a long drive for me LOL.  I used some bright and cheerful pattern paper and added "Hello" die cut from glitter paper.
I used Snowman Twist Circle for my card base and added a taco truck.....because you get hungry when you travel LOL.
Here's a look at the card as it's opening.  The circle folds flat for mailing and flips up when you open the card - so much fun!
Happy Stampin',

Paper Pros Challenge

It's time for Karen Burniston's Paper Pros Challenge.  The team is focusing on our "Favorite things".  One of my favorite dies is the Lorna Label because it is so versatile.  I chose to make a masculine card......well because we all need one now and then right?
Surprisingly the only die I did use for this card is the Lorna Label!  I heat embossed Stampin' Up!'s Suite Sentiments onto a label, added some washi tape and viola.
For the inside, I heat embossed a few sentiments from Bring on the Cake and Endless Birthday Wishes.
Happy Stampin',
Raquel

Karen Burniston Challenge

I am joining the gang for Karen Burniston's challenge this month!  We are following a theme of Pi (circles or pie), Saint Patrick's Day and green on our cards.  I chose to use Spiral Circle Pull as my base card and right away I have gotten the circle out of the way.  Seeing that Easter will be here sooner than you know it, I decided to make an Easter themed card by using the sweet lil' bunny from Baby Charms.  I placed the lil' bunny in the basket from Props 7.  I just adore the 2nd lil bunny peaking out from behind the circle.

Open the card and you'll see the lil' bunny on the spiral along with some eggs and flowers.  It's easy to add a little bit of color to the bunny by keeping the card stock in the die and sponging ink over the exposed areas.  I used the Pull Card Edges to decorate the sides with patterned/solid papers.
Happy Stampin',
Raquel
