Cut It Up Challenge - black and white with a pop of color

 I'm playing along with the Cut It Up black & white challenge.  Part of the requirements is to add a pop of color & use a die cut.

    How fun that you turned that rainbow on its side! Great idea, and it really does pop off the black and white background.
