Karen Burniston's Paper Pros

The theme for the Paper Pros this month is Winter or New Years.  I chose to winter because I wish it was more winter-like here in Florida.  I guess I long for a bit more of a season change than hot and hotter. LOL
I chose a beautiful yet simple layout using the Tree Pop Up and Nature Edges.  I sponged a little bit of Basic Gray onto the tree.

Crazy 4 Challenges - Trees

It's a tree-mendous time of the year with the Crazy 4 Challenges team!  It's time to decorate the Christmas tree...on our cards that is.  The Crazies are creating cards with that feature a tree.  I chose to stamp this little cutie.

Christmas Tree Pop Up

My son made this Christmas tree for his bedroom.  Whilst putting away our Halloween decorations, he saw his Halloween grave yard that we made a few years ago and wanted to make a Christmas version.

We die cut the pop up base into the circle.  To make a stand, we took a 12" strip of paper, scored it at 1/4" and then cut tabs all around.  We curled the paper a bit and then adhered it to the base.  It's not sitting on Jake's bedside table.
